A successful serial entrepreneur in the analog IC
semiconductor space, Mr. Alexander Choi is a founder of
1Power. Mr. Choi manages the 1Power business roadmap and
manages the development of next-generation in power
electronics.
Previously, Mr. Choi was founder and President of
Advanced Analogic Technologies Inc. (AATI), which
successfully IPO-ed on the NASDAQ in 2005 with a market
cap of US$600 million dollars. Mr. Choi has 35+ years
experience in the electronics and contract assembly
business, including at Solectron, Xerox, Sprague and
startup ventures NDC & SonicPro. As Chief Engineer at
National Digitronics Corporation (NDC), he directed
technical activities of high-tech automotive products
including new product development (product architecture,
analog and digital hardware design ASICs design). He has
initiated and managed relationships with semiconductor
suppliers such as Philips, Semtech, Siemens, Hughes,
ECMOS (Taiwan), and UMC (Taiwan). Mr. Choi holds a
Bachelors of Science in Engineering from the University
of Queensland, in Brisbane, Australia and holds a patent
in automotive electronics. He is fluent in English and
four Chinese dialects.

Dr. Chris Mi is the Chief Technical Officer of 1Power
Solutions, Inc. Dr. Mi is responsible for the power
train electronics and energy engineering solutions at
1Power Solutions, and is responsible for the technical
strategy. Dr. Mi is also an Associate Professor of
Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University
of Michigan, Dearborn. He regularly offers a graduate
course in electric and hybrid vehicles and has taught
courses for the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE)
and the Institute of Electrical and Electronic
Engineers (IEEE). Dr. Mi has conducted extensive
research and published more than 100 articles on power
electronics, motor drives, electric and hybrid
vehicles. Previously, Dr. Mi worked with General
Electric Company.
Dr. Mi is the chair of the IEEE Southeast Michigan
section and the General Chair of IEEE Vehicle Power
and Propulsion Conference (www.VPPC09.org), Dearborn,
Michigan, September 7-11, 2009. Dr. Mi holds a BS and
an MS degree from Northwestern Polytechnical
University, Xi'an, China, and a Ph.D degree from the
University of Toronto.

| Cindi C. Choi |

Cindi brings extensive experience in investment banking,
clean technology, and international markets to 1Power
Solutions. As co-founder and VP of Business Development
at 1Power, Cindi is responsible 1Power's internal and
external partnerships along the value chain, including
overseas battery and motor manufacturers and downstream
OEM partnerships. Cindi came from OEMtek, a plug-in
hybrid conversion company focused on the 100+MPG Plug-in
Prius.
Previously, Cindi focused on semiconductor technologies
as a strategic consultant to Analog Express in China.
Cindi began her career at Stephens Inc. and
JPMorganChase as an investment banking analyst and
equity research associate. She earned a Masters in
International Business from University of Queensland and
a BA in both economics and managerial studies from Rice
University. Cindi is on the board of the Volunteer
Center of Silicon Valley, and is on the Judging
Committee of the Clean Tech Open business plan
competition. In her spare time, Cindi is the team
captain and co-founder of an all-women adventure racing
team, is an avid runner and cyclist, and is a yoga
enthusiast.

John H. Holmes brings over a decade of hybrid vehicle
systems engineering experience to our growing client
base, guiding application-specific development of our
technology to define solutions appropriate to each
customer. With diverse contributions to OEM automotive
R&D, production intent HEV powertrains, as well as an
in-depth familiarity with energy storage systems, John旧
previous systems engineering and product development
roles with AeroVironment and Rocky Mountain Institute
now fortify 1Power旧 leadership the field of ASIC-based
Power Management Systems. John holds a BS in Mechanical
Engineering from UCDavis, where he was a research fellow
with the Institute of Transportation Studies.
John has served as a Director on the Joseph Beggs
Foundation for Kinematics (Transportation Safety) and
President of Velo Club LaGrange, the nation's top
amateur USCF cycling team. He has served on committee
for ASME and is a former member of SAE, contributing to
the development of SAE J1772 Conductive Charging of
Battery Electric Vehicles.
